ChirpChirp is an instant messaging platform popular in Centralia. Initially released in 1995 by Collusion, the product was acquired by AlicornSystems following Collusion's 1999 dissolution and remains in active development. Alicorn offers dedicated ChirpChirp clients for PC and mobile operating systems, as well as a web-based interface.

Today, ChirpChirp is used both for personal communication and by businesses and institutions. One notable institution employing ChirpChirp is DameAdorabellesAcademy, which provides all students, faculty, and staff with ChirpChirp accounts, though users must report in person to the school's lone computer lab to activate their acccounts. PrincessAlice has been known to use her school account for all communications, even those that would seem better suited for a personal or governmental account. TzeTze doesn't bother to correct her on it, because he prefers IRC anyways.

In 2023, Alicorn released the ChirpChirp protocol as a free and open standard, allowing for federation with third-party server implementations.
