Patrolman Peter Pomeroy is a security guard employed by DameAdorabellesAcademy in Havensborough, Centralia.

Appearance

Peter Pomeroy is a young man, about 19 years old, with slightly unkempt brown hair and thick-rimmed eyeglasses. While on duty, he nearly always wears his security guard uniform, consisting of a tan dress shirt, dark brown khakis, and a tan peaked cap with a dark brown brim. His uniform features shoulder patches with the coat of arms of Dame Adorabelle's Academy and the word SECURITY embroidered on the back in large letters.

Partnership with Robin Ravenswood

As the security guard for Dame Adorabelle's Academy, Pomeroy has been assigned to work with RobinRavenswood of the CentraliaHonorGuard to coordinate the protection of PrincessAlice during her enrollment at the school.

Much to Pomeroy's distress, Ravenswood generally takes an extremely lax approach to her "bodyguard" duties, essentially letting the young princess do whatever she wants. This often prompts Pomeroy, who feels an obligation to at least maintain a pretense of actively protecting the princess from outside threats, to ineffectually intervene. In one instance, Ravenswood allowed Princess Alice to run unsupervised into a busy city street, prompting Pomeroy to try to force his way through the crowds to follow her. (This lasted about two minutes before he completely lost sight of her.) When Pomeroy scolded Ravenswood for her carelessness, Ravenswood simply responded "The Princess is, like, made of crazy powerful magic, right? She probably doesn't need our help that much."

On several occasions, Pomeroy has arrived at Ravenswood's "quarters" in West Dormitory for a scheduled strategy meeting, only for Ravenswood to answer the door in her pajamas, having completely forgotten about their plans. (In one instance she was very much not wearing her pajamas.) To Pomeroy's frustration, Ravenswood seems to pay little attention during their meetings even when she does remember them, often looking down at her phone and neglecting to take notes. Pomeroy has attempted to complain to Ravenswood's superiors in the Centralia Honor Guard, but he was told that Ravenswood must obviously know what she's doing, since she works under the direct supervision of the Centralian head of state.
