Constable Jennifer Payne is a police officer known for her connections to Centralian royalty.
Oddly, any time one of the Princesses ends up interacting with a civilian police officer, it is almost always Jennifer Payne, regardless of which police agency is involved. The princesses have encountered Payne working for municipal police services (such as in QueenCity and Havensborough), the Royal Highway Patrol, and even the park rangers division of the Centralian National Park Service. Neither the princesses, nor Payne herself, have ever commented on how strange this is, even though it's pretty darn weird, if you ask me.

Argued (unsuccessfully) that Imicow's strict no-weapons policy for the RoyalLibrary should include an exemption for police officers. Currently, the only exemption is for magical girls.
