What is this?

A brief overview
Centralia is a fantasy kingdom (or, technically, a principality) ruled by PrincessAlice, a magical alien from a faraway planet with the appearance and apparent maturity of a human child. Princess Alice, being a construct of pure magic, has immense supernatural ability...which she mostly uses to torment adults for her own amusement.
