Howell's of Havensborough: The chain's sole Havensborough location. Located within walking distance of DameAdorabellesAcademy. The store is frequented by the academy's faculty, staff, and students, including PrincessAlice herself, who likes to buy bubblegum and read comic books. (She really should at least buy the comic books if she's going to stand there and read them in their entirety, but you know how she is.)
