Despite PrincessAlice's attempts at characterizing her as a cruel tyrant bent on destroying childlike whimsy and play, the Headmistress is generally regarded as reasonable and levelheaded and recognized for her leadership skills.

It is rumored that, prior to pursuing a career in education, the Headmistress traveled the world researching various traditions of magic and collecting spellbooks and magical items to further her own knowledge of how magic works.
