Tsarina Malice is the head of state of The People's Democratic Republic Of Discordantia Which Is Totally Not Totalitarian. Naturally, a country with such a name is, in fact a dictatorship, though Malice insists on styling herself as "Tsarina", because she's evidently a huge Russiaboo.

Tsarnia of Discordantia
Like the Princesses of Centralia, Malice was born on the planet Asteria. After hearing about PrincessMeredith's founding of Centralia, Malice became immensely envious, screamed "NO FAIR! I WANT A COUNTRY OF MY OWN, TOO!" and somehow, despite all logic, managed to successfully become dictator of Centralia's neighboring territory, Discordantia.
Somehow, though, that still wasn't good enough, because the newly crowned "Tsarina" Malice was not satisfied with presiding over a landlocked nation, and has dreamed of capturing the Centralian coastline and/or islands ever since. She has never succeeded in literal centuries of trying, however, so...draw your own conclusions here, mate.
Appearance
Malice appears quite similar to PrincessAlice, with a few key differences. While the Princess is quite round, Malice is much skinnier. Unlike the Princess's preference for frilly pink dresses, Malice wears the uniform of the Discordantian military, even though her handlers don't allow her to touch any weapon more dangerous than an airsoft gun from XS-Mart.
There are rumors that Malice has been spotted dressed in a sailor uniform, standing over a map of the Centralian coastline, singing along to "Everybody Wants To Rule The World." Malice had accounts of this incident pulled from all Discordantian news media, and threw the person responsible for the leaks in prison, so you can be pretty sure it's true.
