Postmistress Nancy is a tall woman with dark skin and curly gray hair. Many describe her as appearing about 60 years old, though in reality, she is almost twice that age. She is almost always seen wearing her Royal Post uniform, which remains impeccably clean and ironed regardless of any adventures she encounters throughout her workday.
