The Parliament of Centralia is nominally the legislative body of Centralia. As Centralia is an absolute monarchy under the command of the PrincessOfCentralia, however, the role of Parliament is, formally, strictly that of an advisory council to the Princess. The current speaker of the upper house of Parliament is LudomeraLucknovicDeMahoningHokendaqua, who perhaps takes her job a bit too seriously.
The current reigning monarch, PrincessAlice, has been known to outright ignore Parliament when its advice contradicts her childish whims...though in most cases, she passively grants her royal assent to Parliament's proposals, as she considers legislation to be "boring grown-up stuff I don't wanna have to think about", much to TheHandler's relief.
