Klara Elektor, President of Centralia
Klara Elektor is a mysterious, vaguely German-accented woman sometimes seen throughout Centralia. Inevitably, when she shows up, she's organizing some kind of event or is making a speech, in which she promises great things to any listening citizens "if reelected" as President of Centralia. There is, of course, no such position, but that does not stop those around her from rather matter-of-factly believing her claims. If challenged on the nonexistence of such an office, they will generally attempt to rationalize their way around it; by claiming it is newly-established, that the presidency and the principality somehow coexist, etc.
Klara's "campaign promises" give her bizarre powers that enable her to, in at least some way, act on them. Usually, this entails minor but welcome adjustments like widening streets or opening new libraries. Other times, they simply allow Klara to make off with a large sum of lollipops, which notably, she nearly always has a number of on her person, and is often seen contemplatively sucking on one when not giving a speech.
PrincessAlice considers Klara something of a rival; whether that feeling is reciprocated is hard to say, but it's certainly supported by how often the Lollipops that Klara makes off with come from the royal supply.
