Butterscotch Sweets is a MagicalGirl and the leader of The Siblings Sweets. Butterscotch is the eldest of the siblings, having been born a full 14 minutes before her twin brother, CaramelSweets.
Abilities
Butterscotch's magical "weapon" is her magic hemp, which everyone else just galls a rope, because that's what it is. She has the ability to use the hemp for nearly any purpose, including as a whip, a lasso, and even a grappling hook.
