Ackerman "Baby Blue" Dodridge is a mysterious woman living in EdgeCity, Centralia.
Despite having the appearance and demeanor of a 12-year-old child, Baby Blue is an adult woman, and she often tells other adults that she is "old enough to be your mother." Her nickname derives from her usual attire, a blue sailor suit that resembles a school uniform but does not correspond to any school you've heard of.
